Whilst NetSuite is a resilient cloud-based platform, many companies still want to have some copies of their data as part of their disaster recovery plan. Our NetSuite off-site backup product offers NetSuite clients a relatively simple way to store significant data on a remote LAMP server.
Our solution is comprised of two sections:
- NetSuite Bundle
Our dedicated bundle bypasses many of the limitations of the standard REST API enabling connections and data transfer to run faster and smoother. - PHP & MySQL UI
Hosted on any PHP and MySQL environment meeting the minimum requirements, the remote application hosts all the desired record types and associated data with an easy to use interface. MySQL/MariaDB provides an accessible data repository for your NetSuite records whilst our UI means they can be quickly searched and downloaded.
Limitations
It’s important to understand that this is a disaster mitigation tool and not an alternative to NetSuite or a porting tool. By default it is configured to retrieve and store standard records:
- Sales Orders
- Invoices
- Credit Notes
- Items
- Inventory Levels
- Accounts
